Kristin Berger

(she, her, hers)

Executive Assistant

Kristin is passionate about supporting nonprofits to fulfill their missions. She uses her experience in nonprofit administration and program management to collaborate with staff and board members to develop streamlined communications and processes and to contribute and connect to the wider community through an equitable and just lens. As a published writer and poet, she embraces the narrative line of any story—budgets, projects, strategic plans—and strives to create connections between people and the work they love.

Previously, Kristin was program director of Green Lents, a community-based nonprofit in the Lents neighborhood of Portland that creates and supports opportunities to make outer southeast Portland more resilient, environmentally just, and climate adaptive.
