Christine has long held an interest in understanding how people learn and in harnessing the power of technology to improve learning outcomes. She is passionate about utilizing her creativity and technical skills in eLearning development and multimedia design to create meaningful learning experiences. Empathy is one of her core values, both in her personal and professional life, and working to understand the perspective of others is at the heart of her decision-making process.

Prior to Education Northwest, she was a secondary education earth and space science teacher for more than 10 years in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. While in this role, she also served as a team leader, curriculum writer, school administration intern, and professional development trainer. Her work in the classroom has given her a deep appreciation for the vast diversity of learners and the importance of supporting equity, inclusion, and access.
